Due to safety and liquor licensing regulations, we are unable to leave orders on your doorstep or at any other address other than the delivery address listed on the customer order.

We accept Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Rupay, Diner) UPI (100+ Banks and third-party apps), Net Banking (75+ Banks), Wallets (15 Wallets), EMI (Cards & Cardless), Buy Now Pay Later (Lazypay, Ola Postpaid).

We practice responsible liquor services. Barfly drivers will ask you to show Photo ID upon delivery to verify your age if you look under 25.

You can ask another adult to receive the delivery. Please make sure they have a valid photo ID to show to the delivery partner.

Our team will process your refund as quickly as possible. This typically takes up to 5 business days depending on your bank. And you will be refunded to the same card you used for payment.

Once your order is placed, you can contact our customer support to change the delivery address. We highly suggest our customers contact the customer service team to change the address before the order is dispatched. As any time later than that, extra delivery fees may be applied depending on the distance to the new address.

If you received faulty or wrong items, please contact our customer service team to arrange a return or exchange for free. You will be charged a restocking fee based on the distance and location of the store. *Some stores might charge a percentage of the bottle as restocking fee.
